Dream Medical Limited is assisting a fantastic private healthcare provider with their recruitment for a Band 5 Ward Nurse.
This Band 5 Ward Nurse Job is based in Leeds and is a full time salaried position.
The post holder will be required to work with patients on a purpose built ward providing nursing care to a high standard.
The day to day duties attached to this salaried band 5 Ward role is as follows:
• Basic Nursing Care
• Administration of Medications
• Care Planning
• Recording of observations
• Liaising with Multi Disciplinary teams
• Maintaining patient safety
• Working as an advocate
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients and make changes as necessary
• Contribute to quality improvement and all round care of patients

You will be expected to work a full 40 hour week Monday – Friday with weekend work done on a rota basis. This weekend work is well supported by clinical staff and an enhancement of Salary is on offer for any weekend work undertaken.
