Dream Medical are looking for an exceptional and experienced Registered Nurse to join a busy department, encompassing a variety of general and specialised outpatient consultations. Minor procedures undertaken include Laser Treatment to Varicose Veins,Hysteroscopy/Colposcopy, Urodynamics and Dermatological minor surgery.
This role offers flexible working patterns to cover the needs of the Department which is open from 08.00 – 21.00 hrs. It combines empathetic care with high levels of expertise; reassuring and encouraging patients while also having the clinical skills to take part in procedures and recovery.
Key accountabilities:
• Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs
• Delivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme
