Job Description Dream Medical are working with a Private Hospital in Oxford and are looking for a role model that can demonstrate a wide breadth of clinical expertise in the management of patients within a specified clinical area of nursing.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Practice Educator to join a dynamic team. Working at the bedside you will support and develop new members of the nursing and support teams and AHP's, assisting with their induction, competency based assessments and on-going professional development. You will also mentor student nurses and support those returning to practice. Duties will include promoting high standards of care and promoting professional development.


You will be a trained mentor with a qualification in Teaching and Assessment and experience in a senior nursing role.
This busy hospital provides outpatient and inpatient care for patients undergoing a range of complex surgery. In addition they also care for those requiring intervention during their oncology treatment, palliative care and those with complex medical conditions.

• NMC Registration & Pin
• Teaching and Assessing Qualification
